Even Dilly is not a real backup PG. He played a lot of off ball with Reed Shepherd playing most of their PG minutes
Right, but certainly looked the part in pre-season.....at least relative to the other secondary options like NAW, etc.
Completely fair
I know this was case in college but you can’t tell me his quickness and handle won’t translate into breaking a press mor easily than a Naw or Divo

Randle really is an anachronism. He's more like a pre-2010 power forward and it's so hard to fit a guy like that into a modern day offense, especially one with Ant.

Portland is getting away with so much contact tonight. Good on Finch for challenging. Edwards gets no respect from the officials.

I wonder where Kat ranks in the pantheon of 40+ point games where his team loss the ball game.

He has to be near the top.

Ya, he is our best option but my point was he is not a natural get the offense set up type of “PG”

+1 for using the word anachronism and +1 for a good point

But how do we know? He wasn’t asked to do it in college and hasn’t been given a chance as pro to show it.

I had to google anachronism

a thing belonging or appropriate to a period other than that in which it exists, especially a thing that is conspicuously old-fashioned.

Could say that about the posters on here including me :) lol

That sequence encapsulated NAZ's plight. Gets a bucket at one end and turns into a traffic cone at the other
