I know this usually in the other thread but Jalen Willams is definitely out for the year

OMG his leg folded in half. This is a rough 2 year stretch for him. That's too bad.

There's something special happening with this team...they have multiple ways to dominate an opponent. Not many teams can have 22 turnovers against 26 assists, and still win by 23! In all fairness, LaMelo only playing 17 minutes (in which he was a +33!), hurt our assist/TO ratio. He had 8 assists and 2 turnovers, but the rest of the team had only 18 assists and 20 turnovers! Just a weird box score, but only one thing matters...we easily beat a very good team.

TJ is really getting comfortable in his role, played really well tonight. Joan with 6 defensive rebounds and 0 offensive rebounds...what! Hitting the glass on the defensive end is great to see.

If Shannon continues to commit defensively, he's a starter somewhere else in the next few years

Leado, you've been a consistent TJ supporter for a while as many of us were close to moving him down in the rotation...I'm happy to say you may have nailed this one!

Hey, FNG. How about me?? No one has been a more staunch supporter of TSJ than I’ve been. :).

Ha, that's true...you have him right behind Rocco in your pecking order!

I love it when a player I'm close to giving up on starts to prove me wrong. I thought defenses would catch on that he had no right hand, but he actually seems to be using his right more effectively this season. And while I've never liked the form on his outside shot, he has had some success now over all three of his seasons. And I've always liked how hard he plays.

Let's hope we can lock both TSJ and Joan at decent salary amounts if they can truly break out. OKC has several of these type of players on cheap deals, that they have already made tough choices on. This past summer they were able to get multiple picks getting rid of some of them in Wiggins, Joe, and Dort. TSJ is the 5th oldest player on the team, so his next contract might be the biggest contract he signs assuming it's for 4+ years. We definitely don't want to lose him for nothing if someone offers him a big contract when he's a rfa.
