Yikes, Durant to GS! (according to Woj)
Let's start targeting who we want from all the players they need to unload

WOW on KD!!!
Of course, everyone assumes multiple titles. That didn't happen in Miami -- just one. And they will have some growing pains, such as how the scoring will be shared, and can everyone be as efficient with a lower volume of shots?
And on the bright side... Does OKC drop out of the playoffs?

Barnes-No thanks and he's headed to Dallas. Ezeli-Would be redundant with Aldrich. Iguodala-Yes please
Bogut-Maybe, he's got one year left at 11M.

Lad may win titles, but I'll always put an asterisk by them like the heat titles. If a bunch of all stars decided to form a team together, I wouldn't view their championship as much of an accomplishment. I respect the Barkley's, Ewing's, Malone's of the world who didn't win titles, but spent the prime's of their careers trying to be the man on a championship team.

I'm right with you, Ricky...Iggy is my only target. Starting him at SF makes our defense and rebounding much better, and Zach off the bench gives us some potent scoring. Thibs could use Iggy like Sam used Prince...a defensive stopper to begin and end games...and there would still be plenty of minutes for Zach at SG, because Wig would split time with Iggy at SF.
Payne for Iggy gives GS a big on a cheap contract, and the space to sign KD (with some other departures too).

I doubt they are moving Iggy...

They will try to move Bogut first. There are reported to be three teams that have inquired about Bogut.
If they would take Payne for Bogut, I'd have to at least consider it. That would cost us 9M and we'd still have two open roster spots which we could focus on shooters. Bogut comes off books next year so he wouldn't hamstring us.

It would be swapping one unproductive big Payne for a productive when healthy big, Bogut. It wouldn't add to our total of bigs. Its just an idea. I would prefer getting Iguodala but he probably isn't available.
