I actually love DLO's game. But this is twice in two games where he got to the spot to take the charge and turned sideways

Finch should try small to start the second half.
KAT has forgotten how to play.
Wizards have Gobert's number and he's damned if he steps out and damned if he doesn't.

I think the problem with our team is that if we go small, we still don't have the defenders to make it work, especially with KAT in the middle. I realize Gobert got torched out there, but our defense is an absolute shambles when he and Jaden aren't out there. It's really, really bad.

I get on him quite a bit when he disappears, but I have to give credit to Ant for the way he closed the first half. Looked like the light came on a bit and he was in attack mode. EIGHT free throw attempts for him in the half. Make them blow the whistle.

If we do decide to end the two-big experiment this offseason and move on from DLO, I could see a heliocentric system with Ant upping his usage to the low 30s and playing a lot of 5 out ball.

Blind optimism here, perhaps, but Minnesota's going to win this game despite being down 19 at half.
Washington is shooting 57-percent from three with Porzingis hitting 6-8. Minnesota's shooting 27-percent. I think we'll see some leveling there.
Towns has three field goal attempts. Unacceptable. Get the big purr going.
D-Lo showed up. Ant was late, but got it going in the second quarter. If the rest of the gang shows up, they should be able to pull this out.
