The Timberwolves have NEVER been that good. 2004 was close. As was in 2003 when they started 31 - 10?

Phenom's_Revenge wrote:Another important thing to consider is the Suns loaded the middle of the floor when Ant had the ball with Ricky, Jake, and Vandy out there. Juancho was really the only player other than Towns that made them pay. Ant had to regroup a number of times when the defense collapsed with 3 guys but he was also still able to navigate and score.

That was fun to watch but I do think he tired some. Having Beasley and DLO around to spot up would theoretically help open his lanes more. It'll be up to Finchy to put these guys in the best roles and I think he will. But will those 2 buy in? That would be huge.

Great insight phenom, and good evidence supporting the Cam/Doper assertion that this team gets even better when our two guys return. I still think it is going to be a struggle fitting them into Finch's system, but you raise a very good point...the prospect of a more open lane for Ant is an exciting prospect!

During postgame Ant talked about how he watched how Lebron carried himself on the court and elevated his teammates. He said he pulled KAT aside to talk about how they need to do it as well LOL. Great mindset, I just find it hilarious that it's coming from a rookie.

Anthony Edwards is averaging 24.7 PPG over the last 10 games.

Via @Stathead, the only other teenagers to have a 10-game span with 24.7+ PPG are LeBron, Carmelo, Luka, and Zion https://t.co/2IXvvA6Rmp https://t.co/5u9007A9o2

He is entertaining to say the least!

He also had this to say about his boy Juancho:

Anthony Edwards on Juancho Hernangomez:

"Juancho can shoot the piss off the ball, shoot the hell out the ball. I tell Juancho, 'if you catch the ball open and don't shoot it, you losing money. That easy. That simple. That's what you get paid to do my n****.'"

You can't make it up...
