Giannias is going to fascinating how long he stays on elite level. So much of his game his his strength and athleticism. Eventually his knees are going to go.

That last foul was such a frustration foul by Kat though. Ant didn't pass him the ball so he grabbed the rebound and took it out on Couhnington

Good half of ball. Defense was solid and the offense clicked for the most part. Not sure we can withstand another run by the Bucks and keep the lead, but it was good to see us stem the tide after we gave up a 20 point lead so quickly. We need help from guys like Beasley and Prince.

He is such a fucking drama queen. This is classic KAT. "Look at me! Look at me! See, I can maintan my composure!"

He'll give us this act for a game or two and then eventually revert back to some other personality.

Wolves end the half up eight. I can't be upset with that at all despite being up by 20 at one point.

- KAT and D-Lo have been great. Exactly the kind of bounce back game Minnesota needed.

- Ant has been a mixed bag. His first quarter was good, exactly what you'd expect from him, but that second quarter was awful basketball from him. 1-5 with only one shot attempt in the painted area and some very selfish hoists from deep.

- Vando needs to be the full-time starter. His length, energy, and physicality are welcomed with that group. The difference on the glass is noticeable. He has seven boards in 14 minutes as Minnesota controlled the rebounding battle 27-21.

- McDaniels looks absolutely frightened of the basketball on offense, but at least he's making life difficult for Khris Middleton on defense. He's also getting after it on the glass tonight with seven rebounds of his own. I've been pretty vocal that he needs to be grabbing more boards just based on the amount of space he can cover with that length. He's doing it tonight. Kudos.

- Beverley and Reid have been stabilizers for the second unit. I thought they were good when they were on the floor. This would be a good game for some Towns/Reid minutes.

- Beasley only took one shot and it looked flat. I wonder if his weight gain contributed to lesser lift on his shot and perhaps that's the issue. I hope he can get it going in the second half.

Much easier pickins' for rebounds without a mountain of a man like JoVal in there. I'd be curious to see how much he really helps the D-rebounding when we play a team like the Sixers, Memphis, or Lakers. Either way, he's definitely had a great game and was a big part of a good first half.

Milwaukee played a lot of drop coverage in the first quarter and D-Lo killed them for it. They moved to more switching in the second quarter and climbed their way back into the game, especially while D-Lo was on the bench. It'll be interesting to see how Minnesota counters this. Good teams make adjustments to the opponent's adjustments. I'd like to see some patience on offense and getting some favorable matchups for Towns and Edwards on the switches.

So annoying, he got crabby after they both knocked each other out of bounds going after a rebound in the first half as well
