Trade can't be made until December 15th and would require re-signing Bogdan Bogdanovic after the season as a restricted free agent. I would put an offer sheet of four-years, $60M in front of him. Wolves could even get cute and put $1M annual incentives in his deal if he eclipses 200 three-pointers made.

To replace Graham's small ball presence in the rotation, I'd offer Jabari Parker a three-year, $27M deal. He's been great early for the Hawks and I think there's high-upside talent that can be unlocked with even more opportunity. The further he gets from his injury-riddled past, the better and better he's been. If Wolves management wants to continue this high-pace oriented attack, having a forward that can grab a rebound and start the fastbreak on his own should be a priority. Parker excels in uptempo environments.

My hypothetical trade frees the Kings from $12.8M of Ariza's deal, gives them a 26-year old rotation player in Graham to audition to essentially replace Bogdanovic, and a second-round pick for their troubles.

That's not too shabby of a haul for a player that is as good as gone next summer.

You could argue that the Kings should try to fetch a first-rounder for him, but what playoff contender -- or team that is going to be aggressive enough to be in the market -- is going to deal away a first and then commit that much long-term money to Bogdanovic? I don't think he could command a first unless he was on a Robert Covington or Josh Richardson type contract.

Likely grades out around average. Not a plus defender, but certainly not a liability. Big enough to guard either wing.

I've never heard anything that would support Parker wearing out his welcome with teams. Maybe I missed something there, but I'm curious if you have more on that. It would definitely be another factor to consider.

The idea would be to start Bogdanovic alongside Towns and Wiggins -- not have him come off the bench. He wants an increased role and he won't get it in Sacramento. That's part of why he'll be leaving.
