Memphis won vs. the Suns without Ja Morant.
[Note: For the Tyus Jones fans... he didn't play either.]

Moses Brown had 16 points and 13 rebounds in 30 minutes for the Cavs last night. The rebounds shouldn't be a surprise since he averaged 9 boards in 21.4 minutes last season.

Lakers were officially eliminated from the post season last night.
It's really pretty amazing the ineptness of that team to be better than that. The Clippers were easily better despite playing most of the season without both of their top players. Beal hasn't played for the Wizards for months (along with other injuries) and they have a better record. The Lakers have just 2 more wins than the Kings. The Spurs traded away talent at the deadline and were able to make the playoffs. Idk what the Lakers can do to fix the mess than they are in. Maybe they can trade for John Wall next.

Speaking of rebounding... OKC is tanking HARD. It's embarrassing how much they're using "injuries" to tank. But they are doing a couple of things differently than all those MN teams in the past.
1. They're winning at the end of the season anyway. They've won 4 of 7.
2. Because they're finding players who can almost sorta play. For example, they brought in Jaylen Hoard and put him on the court as a starter playing big minutes... after he'd played 110 career NBA minutes. The guy has 21 rebounds in two of the past 3 games.
[Note: Meanwhile in Portland, they're also using the "injury" excuse to tank. Only I don't think they've replaced any of those guys with a meaningful NBA player who can make 35% of his shots yet.]

Great news on the Lakers! So glad ESPN and the other Laker/LeBron media hangers-on can't do exhaustive coverage of them leading into the playin games (although I'm sure there will be one article after another doing a post-mortem on their season). Here is the post-mortem: They were past their prime.

Thankfully... the Lakers will fire that terrible coach of theirs.
That'll fix everything.

My dream is for the Sixers to be ousted early and Doc Rivers getting fired, only to be hired by the Lakers lol. Laker fans are constantly complaining about Vogel never making adjustments, they ain't seen nothing yet!

Before the Lakers hire a coach...or even fire Vogel they need to figure out what they are gonna do with Westbrook. I still don't think Westbrook is a bad player but it certainly didn't work with the Lakers this season. Are they basically stuck with him? Who out there would be able to get the most out of Lebron, AD, Westbrook etc or is there anyone? Sounds like a fun job.
