Wade looking for 2-year, $50M deal. Heat currently can offer $40M; Nuggets & Bulls still in bidding sources say

Gordon Gecko would be proud.

Anyone know if we can Amnesty Pek next year?

Huh!?!?!?!

We can't. David Kahn wasted our one amnesty in Darko to make cap space for Brandon Roy and Batum! So we're still haunted by Mr. Kahn.

Thought I heard there was something available in 2017, but maybe it was all talk.

They're gonna re-negotiate the CBA in 2017 so there will probably be another amnesty clause for deals made under this CBA.

Listening to it now... Great interview with Crawford, including good stuff on Aldrich.

Bryn Forbes, the shooter from MSU, shot 8 of 10 with 4 of 5 from downtown. He's on the Spurs summer league team. The kid can shoot and shot 48% from downtown this year and a career 43.5% mark. I think he only signed a summer league contract, so he's another shooter we could potentially go after. Jarrod Uthoff is another to keep an eye on. He'll be on Sacramento's summer league team.

Do the Wolves need another big? I'd think a wing would be a higher priority. .

Jerry Zgoda ?@JerryZgoda
@APkrawczynski @DWolfsonKSTP as of this afternoon, he was looking to sign another big. I heard Jordan Hill's name, for one

Both, IMO. Jordan Hill and Brandon Rush would be a nice finish to the offseason. But I am not getting my hopes up...

Wolfson said Layden liked him so I'm kinda sad someone else got him. Lol

If you we sign Jordan Hill for a good contract that would be terrific. We can can get a wing too. They still have a decent chunk of money. I agree Rush would be terrific. He can do a lot of things decently. He sorta played Iggy's role when he came in for GS but he is a better shooter. Like Q said Injuries have been a problem for him most of his career if I remember right.

This guy is chasing that ring with a vengeance.

I respect that guy because at least he gives up a ton of money to do it.

Dang, I would have liked to be the recipient of Diaw in a salary dump.

The Jazz are gonna be a tough team this year. There is a chance they are a top 4 team in the west. That squad is pretty good.
