Id take Dunn from this draft right now and be happy as hell. Then you have a nice nice assets to take as well. He will be an all star. Love his draw and kick game. This isn't a shot at Rubo.

If we could flip our pick (if it were around 4 or 5) into two and get Sabonis and Baldwin in the teens why not? I'd keep simmons and Ingram but I am not nearly as excited by the next tier this year.

The only twosome that I'd do a trade down for would be Grayson Allen and Sabonis and that's in an absolutely perfect world.

Note: I'm not a Baldwin fan at all.

Sabonis and Allen would be fantastic. I like both guys.

I'll say this about Allen after watching him in the first 2 games of the tourney at can see why he is knocked down a notch for upside. His ball handling is good enough but doesn't jump out at you and he lacks a sort of dynamic burst or whatever. That isn't to say he doesn't do well or have plenty of athletic ability because he obviously does but I can see reasons why some people would doubt the upside. I like how he is in attack mode AND has a killer jumper. It's like he is in the middle between Manu and Brewer 2 guys that like to attack you. That's not a bad place to be because Brewer with a pretty good 3 point shot would be a pretty nice player. Obviously I feel Allen's upside is higher but I mention Brewer because Allen has an edge and it also feels to me he would be a better guy playing off others than say a guy like Murray who I worry would want to take over more but I could be wrong I have only seen both guys in a couple games.

Might be your first post that isn't a shot at Rubio, but nonetheless, Dunn might not be best value on the board when we select. I like him and have stuck up for him multiple times on this board, but I have five, maybe six guys ahead of him right now. He fell off a little bit towards the end of the season. Would like to see him have a stellar tourney.

I'd be curious to hear a game report from anyone that watched the Utah Zags game. I watched a few minutes of the first half around the time where Sabonis hit a 3. Were Sabonis and Poeltl matched up against each other a lot or were they playing other guys?

His game fits the league right now so well I think. Very unselfish player also.

Yes when Poeltl was on the floor. Poeltl got in foul trouble quick which messed the rythym. Sabonis really plays bigger than he looks. Poeltl has the size but Sabonis kept him out of his comfort zone when they matched one on one.

Sabonis and Valentine have to be here. They just have to.

I love Dunn, don't get me wrong, but he doesn't fix our weaknesses at all and then you can't say this team will be markedly improved next season by trading your most important player and replacing him with a rookie while we still have to address PF and the bench

I haven't heard anyone talk about Rabb from Cal, I really like him also. very very skilled, good mental make up also I've read. I know the argument against him would be he's thin and we need more muscle/size but I still think we draft for who the best player who projects out 3-4 years from now. I would put him ahead Poeltl or Sabonias c
