But honestly, the Wolves need to move the ball and attack the rim against this depleted Miami team. Take it at them, score inside or at least draw fouls.

Completely agree. 2 mins left in first half and Gobert doesn't have a shot. Has even touched the ball?

Dreadful defensive stint from DLo after a nice start. Finchie sees it and benches him, and we immediately get a stop. I think the coach is starting to get it.

To be fair, Ant has been worse than Russell on D.

Oh there's an identity, Kiwi, just now one we like. Stand around on offense and play one on one, and don't rotate on defense. That's our identity.

Yep and at what point does the finger get pointed at Finch and our coaching staff. Sure they're not to blame from shooting 3 - 22 from 3, but our offense this season has been pathetic and are defense no better. Where are the set plays?

Yep. This team had an identity the last half of last season and it proved successful. Tim Connelly has erased that identity with his Gobert deal. After the Wolves hired Tim Connelly he said he wanted to just stay out of the way and not screw things up. Well, he obviously either didn't mean what he said or changed his mind with a matter of weeks.

Ant's ball-handling deficiencies have really become apparent this season. As a result, I'm beginning to rethink whether he has the potential to become a star.

I'm kinda a Finchie fan , kiwi, but I'm starting to question him.

Nice cut by Towns on that last bucket. And then a nice effort by Towns to draw the foul.

Raise your hand if you saw Bryn Forbes as the answer to our perimeter defensive problems.
