Only in the 4th? 1-8 tonight. He is moving toward a below average 3 point shooter after a hot start. He need to cut them out of his game for a bit.

Just dumb luck, the way we like it.

And under 20 in each of the last three quarters. Dunn and Aldrich didn't have great numbers, but their defense in the second quarter seemed to spark the starters...they played good D the rest of the game after an abysmal start.

Not enjoying this post-game interview from Towns, though.

Helluva win. They finally played defense, and it was enough to overcome the inevitable stupid decisions by the youngsters.

One quick observation: I cannot stand the Wiggins as point guard offense. He is NOT a playmaker, and if anything he ends up shooting a long 2. If we are going to take the ball out of Rubio's hands, which I don't like doing if he is on the court, let Lavine be the creator!

Great win though, hopefully it carries over. Two in a row?????

The starting unit played the way we thought they could. Run the floor, share the ball and defend well. Lavine and wiggins where great and filled up the stat sheet and contributed on both ends. Towns competed hard as usual. Dieng and rubio did their part.

It just seems to me that he generally works his inside game early in games, but defaults to threes when he gets tired. Just an observation, because I have no data to support this assertion.

If this doesn't resuscitate their season, nothing will.

Great win!

It's worth mentioning that Towns' favorite player growing up was Kevin Durant. Ultimately, we shouldn't be surprised that he likes to hang around the perimeter. That's sexier than banging in the paint with the big uglies. He just can't forget what works for him, and that's being a force inside -- NOT relying on jumpers.
