Seems like we are playing very slow

As I suspected, Taj at age 32 is not going to become a reliable 3-point shooter. Butler's playing great. His teammates aren't rising to his level.

Wiggins 3 is looking great.

Lip is worried about offense. I'm MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH more worried about defense.

Wiggins is playing within himself tonight. And he's showing that all the work he's put into improving his 3-point shot is paying off. Unfortunately, neither he nor KAT are giving us the defensive performance we were hoping to see from them this season. But I do really like the way Wiggins is shooting the three.

I'm just rolling with the personnel we have. Butler improves our defense. But otherwise, this team is still built to score. To win, this team has to routinely score 110+ points. That's who we are. We also have to rebound better. I think our defense will be good enough with Butler, but it's not gOwing to be this team's identity.

Lets face it. If wiggins and towns continue to reduse to bring effort on the defensive side of the ball we will forever be shitty. You cant bring effort on opening night i am seriously concerned. Ive seen this old song and dance for way too long.

LOved that last rebounding from Wiggins. Also liked his defense on the next play. Unfortunately, we didn't get the rebound on the miss that Wiggins caused. We have to score and rebound, score and rebound, score and rebound.
