I've been blasted previously over my discontent of/with both Butler and Teague, but they just dont work here.
Rose likely will never have a game like this again, but our ball movement and effort on both ends was 1000x better tonight than in any game with butler/teague in the mix
He doesn't have to replicate tonight, hell, if played half as well he's still better than what teague is giving them.
I don't have high hopes for this team winning a lot this season, but I could enjoy watching the joy that Rose and Okogie play with, KAT and Wigs too if they continue to play that way!
Agreed. It was just all out enjoyment from our team. Complete relief of actually playing team ball.

What a difference between Butler and Rose, one a selfish bastard who only gives a shit about himself and the other who obviously cares so much about the game, and playing on a vet minimum deal! It's been a long time since I was so moved emotionally by a Wolves game, a very, very long time!
For me it surpasses the 3 point buzzer beater by Love to beat the Clips about 6 years back. Not a night I'll ever forget.
Both play extremely hard and give it their all on the court. But that's about where things end. Obviously they're at two different points in their careers but even at the height of Derrick's greatness the guy just kept his head down and played.
There's not a whole lot of players especially superstars built like DRose mentally out there anymore. Duncan was like that too.
Not sure how many caught Rose's post game presser, but it sure sounded like Butler was hyped from that performance. It sound like he was chattering to Rose when he was sitting down for the media and then said "that's what I'm talking about!" Just find that interesting.
Family obligations had me miss the game. Nice to be able to catch up on things with this thread. Sounds like it was a bad game to miss. I didn't even remember to record it. But thanks for all the commentary. Gives me some hope going forward. Feel great for D Rose.

Cool, if you Directv they usually replay around midnight, and sometimes noon the next day. They are usually condensed somewhat. Would imagine it would be the same for other outlets, as it is shown on FSN.

Thanks dude, i had DirectTV for 20 years but am currently living in an aparment while I build a new house. I had to get cable in the apartment so unfortunately I don't have the option.
The thing that sucks the most is a lot of the games aren't HD like they always are on DirectTV
