I understand the frustration, but you compared this wolves team to the KG year . Well both are 12-9 through 21 games

Well, I wouldn't expect any of our bigs to completely change our team defense like KG anytime soon.

Hopefully Teague and Belly both play tomorrow. The Pellies are pretty good, but we have a shot if we're back at full strength. I liked the effort from a lot of our guys tonight...they just didn't have enough left in the tank to make shots or stops in the last three minutes.

I don't like 2-2 on a home stand that should have been 4-0...very disappointing. We need to bounce back tomorrow.

Everyone should listen to the first 15 minutes of the barriero show today. Saying that in today's era everyone freaks out after one game. I mean that can be seen by lip changing where the wolves finish every 2 games (not taking a shot).

Frustrating game, thought we played hard tonight and actually pretty well. One thing where I will not disagree with you is why the fuck do we play iso ball late in games.

So stupid

Don't disagree, but I think we are in the panic zone when we are off to the best start in 13 years. I understand the frustration but every one take a deep breath

I wouldn't say it's a freak out after one game. It's the same things happening in every loss to shit teams, or teams without a great player.

Iso ball all game, no defense, no changes from Thibs, no real improvements in our two young stars in areas they should be focusing on. I'm convinced KAT is simply a stat hunter.

I can live with close game losses against the top teams, but not these kinds of games.

It's difficult to be patient when Wiggins shot continues to be so hit and miss and KAT's defense so indefensible. They are supposed to be the cornerstones, not headstones.

Yeah I heard that...thought it was a pretty good segment. My frustration is not with just the one loss...it's the fact that we do it in such a repetitive way. Blowing 10 point leads with 4th quarter collapse has been this team's MO ever since Thibs arrived.

That said, it was a very entertaining game...one of the grittiest performances I have seen from this team. We played hard enough and well enough to win this one.

Man, Thibs looks depressed in the post game interview.

Just watch how quick Tyus makes decisions when the ball hits his hands. It's an instant shot, drive, or pass. Belly is similar. Every other player on our team allows the defense to get back in alignment, and then we end up having 5 seconds to get a tough shot off. Can't rely on those to go in.

BS officiated game. The Wolves should have still won but good grief.

Starters were mostly terrific defensively. Towns played pretty well on that end. Butler was terrific. Tyus won his PG matchup by like 3245 Miles.

Did the Wolves take some bad shots? Yes. They also worked to get 2nd chances and get good looks and some of them just didn't go down. The Wolves didn't lose this game because they didn't play hard.

Frustrating loss but there was a lot of good that happened during this game at least from the starters. Crawford gave them something but that was about it. Brooks at least showed some energy in the 2nd half to hold down the fort. If the starters play like this they are gonna win a lot of games and should have won this one. It was mostly a pretty fun game to watch.

To be fair it was our MO with Adelman, flip and Mitchell.

I am probably doing this defending thing, because this season is and has been draining and I'm trying to keep positive or it is not fun. I watch sports and follow this board for a release in life. Just feels like a chore to watch this year and are not that bad. Rather have this season instead of the last 13 (maybe k love last year through 21 games I take)

Yeah I didn't see bad defense either monster. We gave up 92 points, pretty good overall. We shut down Beal and Porter didn't get hot until the end. We just had couple stretches where we were forcing alot of bad shots.
