Brice Sensabaugh projected to go in the 30s but selected at #28 by Utah. He and Sasser are the only two so far to jump from second round projections to first round selections. Interestingly, Leonard Miler, Maxwell Lewis and Rayan Rupert haven’t been selected yet. Draft.net had those four projected in the 1st round. Of those four, Maxwell Lewis is the only one who interests me.

Not looking like the Wolves are going to make any moves tonight. But we’ll see.

KG4Ever wrote: Thu Jun 22, 2023 9:52 pm It appears that Dallas got a first round pick from Sac just to take on Richaun Holmes and his contract. Dallas could use him, so this move helps. Dallas shed Davis Bertan's contract by only moving back two spot. I'm not sure why Sac did this move. I was rooting for Kris Murray to fall one more spot so he could play with his brother Keegan, but alas, it wasn't meant to be.
Seems like the Kings are trying to make room under the cap to go after a big time FA? Naz? LOL
What’s the deal with Holmes? He barely played last year? Does he have an injury or some off court thing? Metu I think played well so not a whole lot of minutes left for centers but anyways if Holmes still can play this looks like a really good move for Dallas.
He was on a lot of our radars for an offseason or two. But yeah, he kind of fell out of the Kings rotation.

We traded two future 2nds. I don't know if that includes #53.

There must have been enough good players left that TC was compelled to move up to get one of them.

The NBA champions are getting two first round picks tonight. The have Braun from last year who played really well in the playoffs. The East champion Heat selected at #18 tonight. Then there’s the Wolves. The 42-win Wolves have no first round picks and won’t have a second-round pick until #53. Which of these three teams isn’t well run? Hmm.

But Lip! The Wolves might make a Minott-like pick with Amari Bailey!

Kobe Brown would have been a good pick... Oh well.

I assume we still have #53. Maybe we will trade #33 with Prince to Washington for a PG...

And who are they targeting? I’m guessing one of the following:

1. Rayan Rupert
2. Leonard Miller
3. Maxwell Lewis
4. Colby Jones
5. Side Cissoko
6. Julian Phillips
