You change exactly what Rudy said. If players aren't playing as they should you bench their ass. It don't matter who the hell you are. You can't call out Rob for making a mistake while watching Randle make them all the time. He has enabled all of this. Take away their minutes if they can't figure it out. It's gone on so damn long that this is what you get. I don't see any effort problems with other teams with much less talent than us.
