The scoreboard tracks which team has the ball?

I bet Luka would get Rudy the ball a ton. Probably would average a career high in ppg. Some players are great at it. Most are ok. Some just cannot do it or don't want to. I always hoped one of the last two summers that Ant would workout with Rudy and they would get their lob game going. That would make Ants life going at the rim so much easier cause defenders would hesitate a spllit second longer waiting on a potential lob easy dunk to Rudy. Ants efficiency would probably go up even more and the teams offensive rating as well. Ala James Harden/Luka as i mentioned. Even just once or twice per game is enough for teams to notice it is in his bag and they need to watch for itm

Fwiw, in their brief playing time together it has seemed to me that Ant is much more willingly and comfortable to send lobs Joan's way. Perhaps, an encouraging preview of things to come

Agreed, Ant and Joan worked out together this summer building that chemistry. Rudy heads off to France for the off season.

It doesn't really even have to be about Rudy doing or not doing something. Ant probably just feels more confident in Joan actually catching the ball and converting it for points.
Which tbh, if that's the case his lack of confidence is misplaced because few players in the league have been better rim runners than Rudy
