Big shot from #0, but Turner keeps answering. Have to guard him out there. Gobert is too spaced off of him.

It definitely wasn't all pretty, but I'm proud of that fourth quarter performance from Minnesota, especially down a couple of their key players. Just find a way to win. That's what it's about.

Nice win. A few thoughts.

1. Russell answered my "let's trade DLO and start JMac" mantra by putting the team on his back and doing more than any other player late in the fourth quarter to get the win.

2. Gobert can be frustrating with his mediocre hands and what I perceive as a lack of toughness, but he had a huge game tonight and was obviously a key to the win.

3. Naz Reid was fantastic. He looked like Vando the way he was flying around the court on both ends. Terrific game from Naz as always.

4. JMac and Nowell were also terrific tonight. Credit them and our entire second unit for the critical role they played in getting the win.

5. I mentioned earlier that this team lacks physical and mental toughness. I think that's true in spite of the nice win tonight. But I think there are three players who could qualify as tough - Edwards, Austin Rivers, and Naz Reid.

I should also mention Ant's steals as well as his work attacking the basket and drawing fouls. It's coming together for Ant as the season progresses. He'll often look like a player who just turned 21, but he's playing at a really high level consistently game to game and is getting better in many ways - drawing fouls, forcing turnovers, attacking the basket.

High IQ players on the Wolves roster:

1. Kyle Anderson
2. D'Angelo Russell
3. JMac
4. Austin Rivers

I also want to give prop to Mcdaniels. The wolves are now 11-4 when he plays 25 minutes and 1-8 when he doesn't. He is such an X factor for the wolves
