I personally don't agree with just shoving our small ball down everyone's throats and just leaving it up to the basketball gods that our bad shooters shoot the ball well against good teams. Post All-Star break sure. That's when you can zero in on an identity with a half a season of data under your belt and a finalized roster, but early in the year we shouldn't be so rigid with the rotations. Now is the time to try different rotations and see if you can be adaptable to what your opponents throw at you. See if guys who aren't getting consistent minutes can be contributors when the matchups dictate. Small ball with our skinny team had no chance tonight unless we shot the ball like the Warriors and last I checked we don't have Steph, Klay and KD.

Covington is really struggling to get decent looks, the pg play is also hurting him. Neither guy really draws and kicks or create looks to get an option.
