That's what fatigue does
Fatigue? He's a world class athlete that played 33 minutes up to that point. And he's been terrible all year from the line. Just two bad possessions on his part.
That's why you sheet free throws at the end of practice. Fatigue does affect you. I understand you're not going to miss too many opportunities to be critical of Wig. Just trying to keep it real.

.5 game back of the 3 seed
I was 100% wrong about the Taj Gibson signing. He along with Butler were EXACTLY what this team needed. I didn't realize he was so damn good in the post. We never saw that at OKC!
I liked the signing at the time but damn he has been more than anyone could have expected. Props to him to develop a pretty elite low post game.

Uh, we're talking about an NBA player here, not a high school kid. If this was really a big issue in the NBA, they'd be handing out Cherry Berrry's at Target Center all the freakin' time, yet it rarely happens!

The bench came up big for us! Good to see Bjelly make both his 3's. We desperately need his outside shooting!
And guess who led the Wolves in +/-? Tyus Jones. A +13 in only 15 minutes. Good things happen when he's on the floor.

I know you're sticking up for Wigs and that's your boy, but I'm not sure fatigue can be an excuse considering the player in question has dropped 13-percent off his FT% out of no where, and like you said, free throws after practice when you're tired is definitely harped on at all levels of basketball.
To me, it's a focus thing. His mechanics are fine. He seems to be in as good of, or better, shape than he was last season. His history suggests he's adequate there. So, the drop off would seem to be mentally. It's one of the odd developments of the season for him, in my opinion.

It's okay, we won. The free throw shooting issue isn't going to last forever

A win by a confortable margin, a great game by Kat, and a half game behind for third, yet most of you are more occupied with trying to tear Wiggins down.
Never change.

But... What... How...
I don't think Q or myself were tearing him down. I do think we provided observations, both the good and bad, throughout the entire game and Cool had a response that provoked further replies from the two of us. That's alright, in my book.

I don't know, he did a lot good things tonight too. His weaknesses have been acknowledged, let's balance it out a little bit.

Belly had a 0-0-0-0-0 0/0gf 0/03pfg and 1 foul line a few games ago. Nice to see him playing better lately and was a perfect 4/4 with 2/2 3pfg tonight. But he was a 0 across the board but still effective minutes. found that interesting.
