There has been a few times in this game he helped too much. Not sure what the deal is with that.

I thought KAT was very good on both ends.He played tough and had his post game going. The team failed him by not getting him any touches in the 4th. 12rebs, 2asts, 3 stls, 4 blks
Rose and Taj did their thing.
Wiggins offense was bad, but I thought he was active 6rebs, 2 asts, 1stl, 2 blks.
Jimmy got some points at the end, but he was sleepwalking, out of shape, or didnt care for most of the game.
We have no offense off the bench with Rose starting. Tyus is going to come cheap this offseason. His weakness becomes pretty clear when not surrounded by 3 or 4 offensive weapons.

Again, I get the Butler disdain and agree with a lot of it...don't like that he is abandoning this team. But we could use a little more of his scoring efficiency and assists (and I assume his usual tough defense) from the other players on the roster.

LST I don't have the distain of Butler when he actually plays even if I am ready to move on although I recognize it could be a while. I wouldn't say Butler played bad, but...there was something off. He just wasn't playing with his usual energy. He was short on some FTs. I'm not sure ultimately he hurt the team out there because he made some plays on both ends, but...trust me you would have seen some of what people are referring to if you had watched the game.

No, I don't doubt the board when they say he looked off. The sad part is that an "off" Butler puts up more efficient stats and distributes the ball better than the guys we are going to be left with after his departure...doesn't make me very optimistic about our future.

There is also something about when a team plays as a unit. Sometimes that doesn't happen with Butler. Sometimes it was last night. There were times...maybe not as much. Look at what the Pacers were able to do with a group that just played ball. There could be a possible cohesion of thoseteam at some point that could yield some more positive results but that might not happen for another year.
I know you are willing to give Butler a lot of credit and to be honest as a basketball player Butler deserves that to some extent. However I also hope you can see how him sitting games out and then coming in and looking less than a guy...playing his butt off wanting to ball etc...it can kinda piss people off. Again me personally I'm just wondering what the deal is with him after watching the game last night. It's just another strange thing in a strange situation.
