This might sound crazy but I'm more optimistic (or tom) about Teddy than any player on the Wolves. Its not toally fair since Teddy has played real games and Wiggins hasn't. I wasn't sold on Teddy as a top 3 pick or whatever when people were basically wanting to tank to get him last year but I can't believe we got him. I think he was the best QB in the draft and I would have said that even if we hadn't picked him. He looks more like a legit QB than anyone on the team since Farve and before that Culpepper. Its been a very long time since I was this excited about a young QB on the Vikings. Hopefully that ankle heals up.
Twins, Vikings and Wolves have some serious young talent with potential. It would be fun if all 3 teams came up together and brought back success to the fanbase.
I got one: This is the year the Wolves outdraw the Mild. The Wolves have some exciting young players, and the Mild just spent about half of their $22m cap room despite making money hand over fist for 15 years. This is the year that the Wild sheep/fans finally fight back.

And look at how many good young players they have to sign starting this offseason.

That's a really interesting site. They have to sign Coyle, Haula, Granlund, Brodin, and Scandella next year. Wow. You don't want to lose any of those guys.

Exactly! The Nets spend every penny they can get their hands on and have zip to show for it. The Wild have been run as well as any small market team in any sport in the country since Fletcher took over. Having those young studs to sign in the near future is reason enough to not go overboard, but even then having $6Million available going into the season puts him in position to bring in a trade deadline guy to help push them over the top. At this point there is no way he can know what position will be in need the most going into the stretch run.
The Wild in the Fletcher era are the model for other franchises!
