A few thoughts:

- The starters came out flat and didn't defend worth shit and were sloppy with the ball - that's definitely on them.

- When the game started and Chandler was on Love, with Amare on Pek, why weren't the Wolves repeatedly getting it inside to Pek? I'm not sure he got a single touch in the low post throughout the first 4-5 minutes of the game. Crazy.

- Adelman never once went to Dieng, even though we were getting killed on the offensive glass and at the rim by Chandler. Guess who our second best defensive rebounder and best rim-protector is?

- Don't understand why Mbah Moute wasn't used more this game. This is the exact kind of matchup we needed him for. Yes, he got torched on the one driving dunk after he first got in the game (and received no weakside help of course), but the next two possessions were a steal and a miss. So 'Melo made a shot, then turned it over, and then missed. Then - poof! - we never saw Mbah Moute again.

- Tyson Chandler deserves huge props for the job he did on Love. 19 points on 17 shots, plus 8 rebounds is a very mediocre night for Love. Most of the credit goes to Chandler.

- Good to see Shabazz provide some instant offense. On the other hand, the 4 TOs and defensive lapses hurt. That stuff will come with time hopefully.

Ugh, I don't know. Just a killer, killer game to lose.
