ESPN picks Parker over Wiggins for ROY (Noel is third). Not a bad pick, but I see Wiggins as prevailing in the end. Incredible talent, likely big minutes plus chip on shoulder=ROY.
I was the first to say it here back in other wiggins related thread. Wiggins will be the rookie of the year. It will be close as I see him, parker and noel all getting good minutes next seasosn but AW will will it in my view.
Wiggins strikes me as a player whos game will translate more in the pro's than in college. He will win ROY.
Parker will win ROY. Honestly, I think Wiggins s will struggle quite a bit on the offensive end his rookie season. If not Parker, I think it will be Stauskus.

And somewhere in Florida, a young man is smiling right now...
I wouldn't be surprised if McDermott or Parker won it. Voters tend to over-emphasize scoring, regardless of efficiency, and these guys should both get opportunities to put up points.
Wiggins will likely be asked to focus on defense and opportunistic offense, without a lot more expectations. That's actually a bit ironic since the supposed benefit for Wiggins of moving to Minnesota is that he would be more of a centerpiece than in Cleveland. I think he'll get more shots for sure than in Cleveland, but he'll still be no more than a #3 or #4 option when he's on the court.
