What I expect by end of day Sat: Wolves lose Love, Shved, Mbah A Moute, a No. 1, gain Wiggins, Bennett, TYoung, cap except. In 3-team deal.

We are giving up a #1. What the hell for? Doesn't losing Love mean rebuilding. I hope Barreiro is doing his usual talking out of his ass. Although the context is normally politics and not sports.

Pretty sure he means the Miami 1st we'll be getting from the Cavs. The Sixers aren't just going to give Thad away

I'm cool with trading the Miami pick for Thad.

Assuming this deal is as reported Philly gets a couple million more in cap space and get a young guy in Shved they can play if they want and a vet in Moute that in the last 12 months has been traded twice both times for something half decent. Sure they probably won't get anything for him but yeah Luc probably could have some value down the road. Oh and a decent 1st rounder. Not a killer deal but not too shabby.

The real winners (sorta) are the Philly players if they never use up that cap space up to theeague min because the money is split between the players. Lol

They might value Luc as a mentor to Embiid.

I am also believe the wolves can't trade "their" first round pick because of the phx trade still in effect, so it would have to be the Miami pick or a future wolves pick

two unload two players we dont want (Shved and Luc) and get a player we want (Young) and all it costs is a late first round pick. I would jump at that any day of the week.

If we kept that pick we would probably end up selling it or trading it next year because our roster would potentially be flooded with so much youth anyway.

After next season we would potentially have (below) over half our team with 3 years or less experience.

Rookies:
Our 2015 pick

2nd Year Players:
Wiggins, Lavine, & GR3 (if he signs or he'll be rookie)

3rd year players:
Dieng, Shabazz, Bennet, & Hummel
