Al Horford has just been ridiculously good. Man, I have wanted that guy playing next to KAT for 5 years now. Literally has zero weaknesses.

I think the winner of Dallas/Phoenix or the winner of the Boston/Milwaukee series wins it all. One of those four teams.

Remember when Horford was overpaid and over the hill? I thought he could still play but was still overpaid. That trade is certainly looking good at this point. They even moved Moses Brown to Dallas for Josh Richardson who was an asset in adding Derrick White. I watched most of the 4th quarter of the last Celtics Bucks game. Horford had that one dunk where he got past Giannis and got as excited and pumped up as I have ever seen him. Giannis looked so tired but that dude was ballin but the Bucks just could not get enough stops. I was watching on Twitter so I was watching the cameras from the arena instead of the broadcast. I missed some things but I also kinda like seeing some of the angles you get watching that way. What's the status of Robert Williams health?

Chris Paul was overpaid and over the hill too. There is definitely a point where it goes, but a big with Horford's intelligence who relies on positioning more than overwhelming athleticism can extend their career.

Yeah both guys are pretty smart. I thought both teams didn't really "pay" that much for acquiring either guy considering what they gave up. The Suns gave up Rubio (plus some other stuff) who had his own flaws and had some injury history of his own. Boston unloaded Kemba which looks even better now after he wasn't really effective this year. Sometimes it makes sense to kinda take a bit of a gamble on a player. Maybe the Wolves in the next few months will be in the position where something like that will be a consideration for them. To some extent they did and are doing that with Beverly but again they didn't give up anything to get him. I'm still kinda amazed we were able to make that deal.

Man, whoever comes out of this Boston/Milwaukee war has to be the favorite to win the Finals.

Jrue effing Holiday, what a gamer. Holy shit. Two massive defensive plays to close out the road win against Boston. Love that guy.

Terrific game and a great series.

At least we got one close game tonight. I think we can all agree Memphis won't be able to keep this one close tonight with no JA.

Just watched the Tyus Jones-led Grizzlies hang 77 on Golden State in the first half. Kek has brought him up as a possibility for the Wolves. Man, I'm warming up to that idea I must admit. He and Jordan McLaughlin could set a record for least TOs among a PG guard combination!

He's halfway to a 24-14 game with no TOs. More importantly, he's removed Desmond Bane from the Missing Person's list!

I think Memphis does everything they can to keep him. Seriously, they are like 21-6 or something like that (including the playoffs) when Morant doesn't play. Surely their front office knows that Tyus is a big reason for this. And with Morant being injury-prone, they need a starting-caliber backup.
