I liked Edwards debut. Let's see if he can build on it.

What a shame on Melo. I'd love to see him bust.

Cool I get that the hype and his Dad and everything is a turn off but I don't get the sense that Melo is actually a bad kid. I think it might be worth separating the outside hype from the actual player...unless I hear some bad things about the kid.

I watched a bit of that Golden State game. I could kind of see the motor concerns with Wiseman. He is definitely super fluid for someone so tall, but it didn't always feel like he was going balls-out. But his length, athleticism, and skills give him an extremely high floor IMO, which is why a lot of us liked him. He put up a decent game without it looking very hard.

ESPN did the same thing with pumping Lonzo and then eventually the hype faded a bit once they realized he wasn't the second coming of Magic Johnson and they were getting less clicks on Ball-centric stories. Let's hope they take the spotlight off Melo too, as it gets a bit nauseating to heap so much attention on a really green rookie with huge flaws.

I watched the full highlights of his performance and there was some intriguing aspects to it. He looks very skilled.

The Wiggins Oubre combo went 7-30 from the field. I think there is a CHANCE GS could be in trouble in the West unless young guys including Wiseman help them. There isn't much proven depth there. I guess Draymond was out for that game and will be out for the Bucks game as well. An 0-2 start wouldn't exactly be completely unexpected considering their schedule.
