Yes, Edwards has a long, long way to go before he can be considered a guy you build around. These last couple game he's looked like what I was afraid we'd be getting - a guy who jacks up contested threes and rarely attacks the rim.
Just a carryover from what everybody saw him do in college. The guy rarely goes to the rim. He wants to be Kobe. But he is not. Edwards could do so much damage if his first instinct was to go to the rim. Much like Wiggins.

Edwards is coming in. I want to see him take it into the paint every time. I'd tell him, no jumpers - only dunks and layups.

I love Ricky and he's not our main problem by any stretch. But the last thing we needed was another guard who can't shoot, especially at $17M per year.

I know a lot of it is on Edwards to drive more but I wish he'd be able to check into the game not down double digits virtually every single time. they need to just start him already
