I'd like to see Rudy and Payne get some more run to see if they can become consistent threats beyond the arc. KAT needs to take more shots. LaVine and Belly when he's on are decent shooters, KMart too. I'd like Wiggins and Bazz to take less 3 pointers as they are much better near the basket. I think we'll be fine though and we should be able to add some shooting in free agency if needed.

We say that every year and then said shooter comes to Minnesota and forgets how to shoot, gets hurt, or decides he doesn't want to shoot. It's maddening as hell. In the meantime, the only shooter I can remember improving while staying within the franchise is Kevin Love and it certainly wasn't under the tutelage of anyone the franchise hired. Who else got better while with Minnesota?

I think KAT is getting plenty of shots, let's not burn him out like we did Wiggins last year.

It reminds me of Memphis they have been trying to add 3 point shooting for years and they can't seem to get it despite having 2 low post monsters and a very good PG that should get guys easy looks from out there.
LST what is wrong with Bazz's form? Hell he is the only damn player on this whole freaking team that actually seems to want to just jack up a damn 3 when he has a real opportunity. He should be taking at least as many as he has if not more. Wiggins should be taking them too.
Rubio has looked a lot more comfortable shooting the 3 lately which is a good sign. I do think this team needs to add a shooter at some point but I don't completely buy in that they do t have the personnel. Who on this roster absolutely can't or shouldn't take a 3? Pek? Miller hasn't taken them before so that won't change but every other player on this team has some track record of taking and hitting 3's in a previous level of basketball (except Dieng but he looks like he could) including all the bigs. I'm not saying we should just start jacking up 3's because that drives me nuts also but we have all been frustrated for years with the lack of ability of Guys to knock them down consistantly or even just taking them. Mitchell has a lot on his plate to be honest and on top of that he is juggling a bunch of them so I don't know how much of this is his fault or him valuing one type of development over another etc etc etc.

Bazz's outside shooting form doesn't look smooth to me, but that might have something to do with my prejudice against left-handed shooting form...I've never seen a lefty with a beautiful shot, with the exception of Chris Mullin (I don't want to hear about Manu or Harden). It's funny, because in baseball it's just the opposite for me...give me a left-handed swing over a RH one every day. That said, I would like Bazz to shoot more threes...they're always a little prettier when they go in!

Oddly one lefty that comes to mid when you say all that is Michael Beasely who had a pretty nice looking shot. It didn't always go in but it was a nice looking shot. Lol
