One thing I think isn't mentioned enough about Wiggins is he tends to have pretty good footwork especially for a guy his age level and experience. That helped on that shot to gather himself.

Also gets him his foul shots, he's so agile.

A few good things:

- Dieng and Rubio were a bit of the unsung players. Both made some plays.
- Good to see Wiggins hit a game-winner. And take over a bit.
- Towns was efficient and didn't rush the hoop without a plan much.
- Muhammad did what he can do... score. Does anybody in the league realize he really really likes his left hand and to go over his right shoulder? Shhhhh...

A few bad things:

- Dunn was horrific. On the stat sheet. And the eyeball test. YIKES. I can't overstate how awful I thought he played offensively. I hated every moment of it. The shots had no chance of going in. No plan. No craftiness. No ... nothing. If he can become Marcus Smart v2.0 someday... it's a win. But I'm not expecting much offensively.
- Tyson Chandler is a decent, but extremely limited veteran big man. That's all that's needed most nights vs. the Wolves. Still. He was dominant. Basically, he's a poor man's Deandre Jordan. Speaking of which, they combined to shoot 21 - 24 for 53 points and 33 rebounds in the past week vs. the Wolves. WHAT???
- Bledsoe had a pretty lousy game, cooling off from his recent hot streak. Fortunately.
- Lavine lost the ball 2x out of nowhere going up early. He seems a bit lost... for now.
- I don't want to meet PJ Tucker in a dark alley when he's angry. Damn.
- As noted, the officiating was terrible at the end. Actually, I thought it was uneven all game. But it's two lousy teams. You're not getting the best officials.

The great:

- Who cares about all that... the Wolves won. That's all that matters. Teams with good records find ways to win. The Wolves did that tonight.

Just watched the replay. One comment: the refs tried to steal this one from us. I cannot believe they called that foul on Towns when Tucker was out of control and brushed his hip. Ridiculous! And this was after Tucker was manhandling Towns and there wasn't one single whistle! Thank god Wiggins made that tough shot (was fouled as well) because otherwise this would have been outright robbery.

So, so good to see

Well, it depends which corner you are referring to. They have definitely turned the corner from being one of the worst teams in the NBA - again! - to being competitive. They are basically playing .500 ball in their last 20-25 games, so this is now over a sustained period.

They have NOT turned the corner yet in terms of being a legit playoff team. Even last night, there were a ton of mental errors. But still, being just OK is the step one needs to take between being bad and great. I'm glad we've rounded one corner!

Yeah, we really struggle with bigs that dive to the rim. The thing is, dunks are the ONLY shots Jordan and Chandler take. This is where I think the concept of helping the helper is still a major problem. When our big has to step out away from his man to help on a penetrating guard, someone from the weakside has to anticipate that pass to the roll man and disrupt the play! I realize that may leave his guy open in the corner, but you have to force the offense to try to make that pass versus a wide open dunk!

Well said Q. A lot of teams have a hard time with Jordan so i can live with him beating the defense to a certain extent. As for Chandler...I just looked up his stats for this year. OMG the guy is playing terrific it's one of the best seasons of his career. The guys is rebounding at a ridiculous rate a career high per36 by a significant margin. I had no idea.
