We're really not gonna know if these guys learned anything until they win these types of games. Otherwise, all they'll be learning is how to lose these games.

Watching all of these teams that were at one point or another as bad as us looking like they're taking off while we deal with more heartbreak is just depressing. That feeling is going to sink in for the players and I'd hate to see how that festers

Pek's D late on Bosh was TERRIFIC. I wanna take back anything I ever said that was negative about Bosh after that game he was terrific. Some of those shots he hit were unreal. I actually think Dieng had some good possessions against him too. IDK what people want out of Pek its like they forget what he is and what he isn't every other game. Pek has some limited abilities but he does them well.

Its only a few games, but I think Hummel gives you just as much as Dante did. I wondered if that would be the case, but yeah Hummel can lay ball. His D on Bosh was more than fine and the dude can play team D that charge he took in transition was fantastic.

I thought Lavine looked pretty good considering what he is being asked to do. There are some times when he looks like a young rookie, but its not like he is hopeless out there. I'm really pleased with what impact he can have on defense. In the last 2 games there were times that I was thinking lets get Lavine back in there.

It really sucks Martin went thought a dry spell starting at the end of that Magic game and almost this whole game. Its falt out a,azing that the Wolves were able to get back into this game.

Bazz I want to see more of. He isn't going to be good in every game, but I want to see him keep getting a few minutes every game.

Bud wow what happened to that guy. I don't think its a physical thing becasue you see him really get up for a few rebounds but he just can't get the ball to go in. HE will probably get a few minutes here and there since Mo won't be playing any SG till Rubio comes back so yeah. With the Rubio injury if we could trade him for a guard that could handle the ball I'd do it but I doubt thats going to happen. I think Bud gets himself right but with Bazz playing well I wonder if Bud is a guy that gets moved later in the season.

Dieng is far from a finished product but overall he has been terrific. With him and Pek as really good center combo I think that alone will keep us in alot of games even without Rubio. Not many teams have that going for them.

I think Flip is taking it easy with AB although like Q said it does concern me. I think Flip also has felt good about Hummel getting minutes.

Wiggins isn't exactly blowing up or anything, but I'm really pleased with what I see out of him. Tthat one spin move to the rim was a wow play. I'm looking forward to what he looks like halfway through the season.

Overall this Miami game was a heck of an effort just to make it a game at the end. The longer Rubio is out the more I don't care about wins just looking competitive and seeing guys develop. So far the only guy thats been a real disappointment is Bud. Everyone else has either met or exceeded expectations. Its only a handful of games so I don't want to get too excited, but its certainly better than seeing 5 guys suck in the first few games and if Bud is the guy that sucks well thats not such a bad scenario.
