.....and of course it looks like NO, LAC, and Denver are all going to win their games against their Eastern Conference opponent tonight. Pathetic...especially Milwaukee at home against the Clippers.

The east sucks, they basically roll down for western teams.

But they will start passing and draining 3's like they are the houston rockets when they play us.

Bazz had 12 points on 6-11 shooting along with 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal in only 14 minutes last night. Yes, 2 assists in 14 minutes.

But unfortunately for Bazz, his move to the Bucks hasn't exactly enhanced his career. He's actually averaging slightly fewer minutes with the Bucks so far than he averaged with the Wolves this season - down from slightly over 9 minutes to 8.4 minutes.

Oh, and the Clippers ended up beating the Bucks at Milwaukee 127-120 while the Pelicans best the Pacers, albeit in New Orleans. The Eastern Conference isn't helping us much, although credit the undermanned Celtics with a great 1-point win the other night over the Thunder.

So the Wolves will have to take matters into their own hands. We have 10 games left and 5 of those are at home against teams with inferior records. The Wolves absolutely have to win all five of those home games. The key then will be winning at least a couple of their remaining road games against the Knicks, Sixers, Mavs, Nuggets and Lakers. The Wolves best chances for road wins will be at New York and Dallas. But the Wolves are talented enough to beat tSixers, Lakers and even the Nuggets on the road.

Did anyone see that Dwight Howard had a 30-30 game? It looks like both teams shot poorly and the Hornets ended up with 68 rebounds with Howard grabbing 11 offensive boards.

Somebody forgot to tell Howard that the last seven years already passed. It was against a small opponent, but the dude has looked legitimately great in recent weeks.

Would have been nice if the Lakers would have held on to win that one. Let's hope the Lakers choke when they play us in the next 10 games.

The Wolves have 41 wins. Meanwhile the Thunder and Pelicans both have 43 wins right now while the Blazers have 44. Utah has 41 wins and is tied with us for 7th/8th. Sure would be nice if would have beaten the short-handed Suns on our home court a couple months ago and the Hawks on the road last month. Lot's of other wins we should have had earlier this season against far inferior or short-handed teams like the Grizzlies, Nets and others. But the Phoenix and Atlanta losses stand out as the worst. Those two losses might turn out to be the difference between an 8th seed and a 4th or 5th seed in the playoffs.

Every single team has bad losses and we have the easiest closing path of all our competition. Where we finish is gonna be based on how we close the season and not on two games that happened months ago. If we end in 8th it's because we didn't take care of business now when it matters most.
