My neighborhood has been a war zone today due to the sad Griffin development. Beginning about 7am this morning, there have been sirens and squad cars surrounding his house. Some of us don't understand how someone making millions for playing a sport can have such demons, but mental illness is a tragic disease beyond normal comprehension. I feel for this man who has had his struggles but appeared to be doing fine. We can only hope he gets the right help and keeps himself and those around him safe.
