This game will tell us a lot about our Wolves. We are on a 4-game winning streak, but are finally getting a real challenge in playing a healthy good team on their court. Vegas is starting to buy into our squad, as they have us as a 1 1/2 point favorite. I don't bet NBA buckets, but if I did, I would be on the home dog here. I'm still bullish on the Wolves and the trade, but they haven't beaten a healthy team with a winning record yet this season, and Indiana is healthy and good. Some of us here have questioned the defense of our backcourt, and they will have their hands full with Halliburton, Hield and the terrific rookie Mathurin. And we may be missing two guys who happen to be my favorite Wolves this season, as both SloMo and JMac are questionable. But if they can play, I see the Wolves as the more talented team So show me something...let's go Wolves!

It looks like it's up to 2, so apparently money also believes the Wolves are starting to get it together.

Yep, I agree that the line is a good thing, albeit a little surprising to me. Indy has a good squad, and yet more bettors think the Wolves will win this game than the hometown team. That tells me that the betting public (usually pretty knowledgeable) thinks the Wolves have been underperforming and are about to start playing up to lofty expectations. I want to see it tonight!

Wolves have been sharp on both ends here. Ball is hopping. Shots are falling. Attacking the glass. Really fun to watch when they're clicking.
- Jaden McDaniels is proving to be too long and agile for Tyrese Haliburton to be comfortable off the dribble.
- D'Angelo Russell's playmaking is absolutely shining here early. More spread pick-and-roll please!

Austin Rivers comes in for some backup point guard minutes with Jordan McLaughlin inactive. Kyle Anderson and Anthony Edwards stay on the floor.
