And Giannis ultimately starts raising a stink ( like they all do eventually). Where do you think he ends up?

He just signed the super max extension I think he'll be around for a long time

Timberwolves! This thread ties back to my thread on which superstar would be the best fit for the Wolves. Giannis and Kawhi were tied when I last looked. Looks like it will be Giannis. He'll demand a trade after they're swept by the Nets. Beasley, Culver and Ricky for Giannis. I think the salaries match. That's my last offer. :)

Felt like they had the right supporting cast in place this season, so not sure what other levers the front office can pull in terms of player personnel. That leaves one lever with the following label: "Coaching Change".

Contracts don't mean a thing anymore. The players run the show in the NBA these days.

Donte D. Is hurt and is still young enough to develop even more and everyone else is still young enough to not fall apart. They have another year IMHO.

As most of you know I've been a long time Bucks fan. I gotta tell you, it just doesn't seem like his game translates to the postseason. I expect Middleton to choke under the bright lights, but Giannis is really starting to look like he can't carry a franchise. His free throw shooting kills the Bucks, and it seems every time he tries an ill-advised 3 (Which is every one he takes), the opponent comes down and buries a 3 of their own.

I'm probably speaking from emotion tonight, but I'd make him play with his back to the basket most of the time. He's in love with handling the ball out top, but would be more effective dominating down on the block. How would the Nets stop that? Durant is proving to be the much better player in this series. It's almost embarrassing for Giannis. The Bucks may win a game or 2 at home, but I can't see any way they steal a game in Brooklyn. KD or Irving would have to get hurt in addition to Harden. Bud is getting killed on Twitter tonight. If they continue to flame out like this, do they have to make a change at coach?

I haven't been a Bucks fan, but I've been pulling for them all season and was hoping they'd win it all this season. I just like to seem mid-market midwestern teams succeed. But I think they'll get swept by the Nets. It's really problematic when your best player can't hit free throws or perimeter shots. Nevertheless, it's important to remember just how talented the Nets are. They created a super team and it looks like they'll win it all. That bugs me, especially since I don't like Harden or Kyrie. But Durant is arguably the best player in the League and they have some terrific supporting talent with Joe Harris and D'Andre Jordan.

DeAndre Jordan has been a healthy scratch in 12 of the past 13 games... playing just 5 minutes in the past month.

The Nets don't even need him.

Absolutely yes. It's the path of least resistance for the front office. They have a two-time MVP in Giannis, one of the league's best shooters in Middleton, and a top tier two-way PG in Holiday. All three are willing defenders. They added some toughness with Tucker and Portis. It feels like they have made all the right moves to at least get to the conference finals. What else can the front office do on the player personnel side that isn't just tweaks?
