Maybe Connelly and Ryan can swap houses. Glad to see Ryan getting back on the horse and hopefully, he'll have a chance again at a head coaching job when he's ready and in a more favorable situation.

I'm glad Ryan is getting back at it. I just want the guy to be happy and do well whether that's means another shot at being a head coach or not. Ryan has ties to Denver with Calvin Booth there and I'm pretty sure Flip and Malone had a relationship...of course might be easier to find out who Flip wasn't friends with but anyways.

Nepotism at its finest. I see he's putting that last name to good use again. I don't think he would have ever had a chance to coach in the league if he wasn't Flip Saunders' son-- if he was simply Ryan Williams, graduate of the University of Minnesota and former walk-on turned backup guard before never playing again as an upperclassman.
Anyways, good for him...

That's right.
NBA.com has JB Bickerstaff's son Jordon as an assistant video room coordinator.

People do seem to connect with him, I don't doubt he's a hard worker. As an NBA head coach though, yeah he was way over his head with MN. The world is all about connections and he was born into connections based on the name, can't disagree with that but can't fault him at all for using it to continue the coaching journey.
Just imagine having his setup and resources in life so far, some guys have all the luck.
