Did anyone else catch Flip's line in the post game? He was asked why the defense looked better tonight. He responded by explaining that Thad Young and Brewer were part of "Gamblers Anonymous" i.e. going for the steal too often vs. just staying in front of their man. I wonder how long he's had that line in his holster? Classic (and true).

Flip has used that reference to those 3 players before. I don't know that he had to take that shot at Thad, but it's part of his loose-talking, entertaining style.

Flip can be rather funny at times. I enjoyed his opening to his press conference to announce the KG trade. "Wow, I'm surprised so many of you guys showed up for the news about us signing Lo Brown for the rest of the year!"
