I don't have a great feeling about this one.

I don't have a great feeling about this team. The defense was all-time great the first 5 games last season, good but not great thereafter, and have been pretty terrible this preseason. The Saints are going to be a great test and I have no confidence they will pass.

I'm guessing this team will start out slow but you really never know. The NFL is so hard to predict especially early on. For evidence just look at a few of the games so far in week 1.

3 Keys for Vikings tonight
1. Run blocking - If we give Cook room we should have enough offense to win and give the defense a breather.
2. Slot CB play - This is the biggest concern for me in the secondary.
3. Getting pressure on Brees - He will kill us if he has time no matter how good the secondary plays.

Defense can start playing any time now.

Ok someone please explain to me how peterson picks up a first down with a 2 yard loss on that first drive?

Of course we have. We typically start out cynical, then the team gradually builds up our confidence just before the bottom drops out.
