We don't know if or how long KAT will be out with his wrist injury, but it's a reminder of how thin this team is in the front court. And even with KAT, this team will eventually suffer for its lack of quality bigs. Last night's rebound disparity was a warning shot across the bow.

I'm not sure I've seen the latest information, but the following bigs still appear to be available as free agents:

1. Taj Gibson
2. Check Diablo
3. John Henson
4. Ian Mahinmi
5. Tyson Chandler
6. Wilson Chandler
7. Kyle O'Quinn
8. Ante Zizic
9. Ersan Ilyasova
10. Skal Labissiere
11. RHJ

Again, I'm not sure how many of these guys are still available because the list was a bit dated. And some of them might be injured or already signed by another team. I'm not even sure if RHJ is still available. If it were up to me, I'd bring back RHJ. Otherwise, I'd be interested in Taj Gibson, Ian Mahinmi, Skal, John Henson and Ilyasova. If KAT's going to be out for a stretch, I'd be interested in Kyle O'Quinn and Ante Zizic as well.

I'm still at a loss as to why the Wolves didn't use one of their two-way slots on a big.

I wonder if the Kings would be open to swapping Jabari Parker for Jake Layman?

It all matters how long Kat is out. If Kat misses no time I don't think they need to touch anything. If Kat is out a couple of weeks the Wolves should look at bringing RHJ back just because he has had some times with the Wolves and knows the system.

I think we just need to train our brains that the Wolves will not play big. I get frustrated also but through 2 games it worked and we played bigger teams.

That list you compiled shows a number of worthwhile players available. If we wants a C I would take Henson. Personally if Towns is out for any time I'd play Ed Davis to see what he has. If he is the guy he was a before an injury plagued season You play him and don't need to add anyone at C till Towns gets back.

I have no idea why the team did not keep RHzj, but I would take Taj in a heart beat.
He would be great on this team.

The only other interesting choice is Ersan. But that doesn't help our defensive or rebounding issues.
