Booker is the plan

Talked someone who talked to kat after the Russell trade and apparently the plan is to now go for booker in the offseason. I'm sure that possibility has already been mentioned here, but just sharing what kat said. I just remembered hearing this when watching booker in the three point contest here. I don't really know what I think of this. I would have preferred that we just trade kat and start over, because I don't really like kat. At this point though, we're going with bad defensive players who live and die by the three, so we might as well go all in on that plan. Thoughts on this? Or recommendations on a different team to follow?:)

Also, just watching the butler do an interview earlier, he's one of my favorite players, and I'm just pissed all over again that this clown organization chose Wiggins over him.

Once we get all three and allow other teams to feast on our Swiss-cheese defense for a couple years, we can trade all three in a single package. :)

If we can land all 3 then they get the joy of actually being held accountable for how they play. 3 max guys on the same team should be a true contender in this league so they wouldn't have any excuses. I'm down for the accountability era of the Wolves. And those 3 could outscore any team on any night so maybe they just build a big enough lead where the defense won't matter as much.

That's the obvious plan. It's the execution of such a plan that remains to be seen.

The suns could become Wolves southwest. Lol

This kind of stuff Does kinda make me not enjoy the sport as much. I mean...who the heck is even going to be on any team at any point? Abe has been on this for a few years now. This kind of thing seems to be coming here even more. Turnover has been significant for this franchise for years but a significant piece was incompetence and lack of stability of the franchise along with Flip's unfortunate passing than free agency and player movement etc.

I like Booker the best of the 3. It would be a lot of fun most nights. But not sure how many playoff victories it would translate into. I suspect not many.

It is possible to outscore teams too. You would think a DLO/KAT/Booker combo with some decent fillers should be top 3 in offense and at least be entertaining. Top 3 offense, bottom 3 defense? .500 record? lol

How many 1st round picks do we have to give up?

For the record, and this should come as no surprise, I'll take a trio of Karl-Anthony Towns, Devin Booker, and D'Angelo Russell all day and play musical chairs to find the pieces around them that can carry some of the defensive burden. That is a much easier task, in my opinion, than trying to discover three legitimate sub-25 year old star talents with star production that have games capable of meshing well together.

That is obviously the route Gersson Rosas will attempt to go. I'm just curious about how he plans to accomplish that. Like I've said in past posts, several different things have to occur for this to come together.
