If you have NBA TV, I suggest you tune in now to watch the recording of Game 3 of the NBA finals matchup between the Bulls and Suns. It was a triple overtime game - one of the best I've ever seen. If you tune in now, you'll join at the beginning of the 4th quarter. I grew up in Chicago so I was a Bulls fan before I became a Wolves fan and I remember watching this game back in 1993.

Watching this game is a reminder of how talented the top teams were at at that time. I like the way the game was played better back then. This game is also a reminder of just how great Scottie Pippen was. Buy this time, MJ was 30 years old and was already adapting his game to rely more on jump shots than drives. He was still quick and athletic, but not like he was earlier in his career.

Anyway, fun to watch this one.

I loved all of the Celtics Lakers battles in the 80's. But that finals was the best I've ever seen.
I loved the Bulls Knicks matchups on Sundays thru out the nineties as well. Jordan always got the best of them but those were hard fought games. Well coached from both sides.

I was rooting for the Suns.

I hate this thread.
