After the epic collapse tonight if Philly loses do you think a Simmons for Russell swap works for the two teams? Who says no? Both have their warts. Just seem like both guys fit better on the other team.

Seems like only a matter of time before the trade talks start again.

I think we'd have to give up a bit more than DLo.

A lot more. Simmons is a DPOY candidate.

Why really would it be a lot more? Simmons literally can't shoot the 3 ball, which is essential in today's game along with having an abysmal ft percentage. Those are some pretty big warts. Dlo does not play defense but is very good offensively.

Imagine if Jared Vanderbilt was an all NBA defender who could also play PG? How much would you like to have that player?

That's odd as it seems the philly fans are dying to get rid of him. They almost outright hate him.

That would invalidate my head idiot theory (Rosas), so I can't see it happening.

Ben would help the Wolves way more than Russell would help the Sixers

I'm going to go on the record here. If Rosas can find a way to unload DLO for Simmons, I will seek him out and kiss him on the lips. I may even go further...

But boy, Simmons is almost a Giannis-sized conundrum.....Yes, he will absolutely help you win games and get you to the playoffs, but at some point that shooting....I just don't know if you can have one of your featured guys have that issue and win a title.
