I hope he doesn't give up his fandom now that Rubio is gone, I haven't seen a trace of him since the trade went down

Do we know it wasn't the actual Ricky Rubio... ?




[Note: I'd feel terrible if it was. I always thought he was a kid, based on his writing. But what if it was actually Ricky and the language barrier limited his ability just a bit? I really dug Rubio and would feel terrible for disagreeing with him (even those many of his takes were terrible) so often. If you're still out there, Ricky, I didn't hate you as a player. I dug so many things about your game... but I simply couldn't ignore your flaws, too. Good luck in Utah -- buddy!]

You'll likely find him on one of the Jazz boards! I understand how he's feeling, if they ever traded TheSP I'd be pretty damn depressed too!

I honestly and truely feel bad for Team Ricky.

I'll say here that he should come back so he can tell us "I told you so" about how guys didn't get paid like many of us thought they would. Maybe that would help cheer him up.

I'd wager there is ZERO chance that was the actual Ricky Rubio.

Wasn't to long ago many on here thought Ricky , Kevin Martin and Pekovic were good signings and key players in the quest for the playoffs.

Hmmmm... wow, this just got awkward. It appears that the Wolves cut TheSP, and just stopped paying him, but no one actually told him that he was cut. Is anyone here actually game to tell SP that he's been cut?

So there wasn't a legit reason for his terrible takes after all... ?

I asked Team Ricky if he was a Wolves fan before Rubio got here and he emphatically said yes, citing how big of a Garnett fan he was back in the day. I'm a little surprised we haven't heard from him. But I agree, he's probably taken his act over to a Jazz forum.
