With the starters being released and no centers among them in the west, I think an AS birth for KAT is a tough one.
Rose basically got no votes by the coaches and players, so he is now out.
Jokic has to get one nod and Id think Gobert with the other. I cant see them carrying 3 C's as reserves.
Kat got 16 player votes (surprisingly wiggs got 12 player votes) and 0 media votes.

Well Rose got 36 player votes which was 4th overall. There were only 4 media votes that weren't for Curry and Harden so Rose not getting one of those isn't too big of a deal. Ultimately yeah he is not getting in now though. I don't really care much about the AS game really. I hope Towns gets in but there are probably plenty of deserving players. You can consider Towns and AD PFs if you really want to for that game.

1. Anthony Davis is a center.
2. Players consider KAT the 6th best center... out of 15 Western Conference teams. Hmmm...
3. Ryan Anderson got THREE votes, despite barely playing for one of the league's worse teams... and shooting 31.7%.
4. Michael Beasley got 2x as many votes as Joe Ingles... and more than Roco, too.
[Note: Positions don't really matter. Remember, the teams are going to be mixed up anyway. I think KAT makes it in. Obviously, he should.]

Well Okogie made the rising stars challenge game. I might have to watch that. It would be kinda sad and in a way funny if he was the only Wolves player representing that weekend.

Remember, it's not like all the West representatives are only playing for the West. They're doing the captains thing again.
After Embiid... what legit centers are in the East?

Vuc for sure. Brook Lopez would be fun to see in an all star game just absolutely bombing 3's.

Drummond... maybe? Valanciunas isn't even playing right now and a non-starter.

Towns is in. Some people are losing it about Gobert not being an All-Star.

Defensive stalwart and All-Star game defense are really two peas in a pod.
