And with the first pick, GOLDEN STATE selects....
You know they'll get the first pick, regardless of how many lotto balls they have. It'll be rigged in their favor.
But yeah, Washington does not look good.

No doubt. They had Wall, Beal, Porter and Oubre a couple years ago. I wonder how long before they trade Beal and embrace a full rebuild. Cleveland is nearly as bad though.
