Nahh my team just dominated the reigning Super Bowl champs. I pull for the Vikes here and there, though.

At least my fantasy team had a good day even with RG3 getting hurt again. Why did I even draft him? Lol

I have been a Vikings fan since day 1, but I have never been prouder of them than I was yesterday when they deactivated Peterson, while Carolina and San Francisco allowed their animals to play. Chris Carter's passionate speech yesterday is the best refutation yet of the foolishness of the "my parents beat me, so it's okay" defense. It can't be easy for CC to say his mother was wrong, but he does it very effectively.

Meanwhile, Peterson continues to show his ignorance. The hypocrisy of a guy who has publicly judged and indicated his disapproval of people of the same gender choosing to marry, and then asks others not to judge him for abusing a 4-year-old, is too ironic for words. Every time he opens his mouth, he provides further proof that he just doesn't get it.

He's got reinstated and is probably gonna play this weekend. I'm just not quite sure what the right answer is. If he's suspended 6 games would everyone be able to move on? I'm not sure. If the Vikings are really going to wait for the legal system to take an action....well it'll probably be a year or more before the trial and possible appeal process. By that time, the Vikings would of probably released him anyway

They should give Peterson the ball 40 times every game for the rest of the year than cut him when he blows out both knees.

That's a pretty powerful video and CC's past puts a lot of weight behind what he said. The fact that now the Vikings are going to let AP play is a bit of a downer after seeing that video. If AP hadn't basically admitted to what he did I'd be more ok with due process.

Maybe I was hoping to see something good but I actually thought Asiata played pretty well yesterday. He is no game breaker but he does everything reasonably well. He seemed to have a little more burst and wiggle than I remember also. He seems like a pretty solid all-around backup.

I don't recall seeing any evidence of him judging anyone based on sexual preference. All he said was that he didn't believe in it and to each their own. That's far from judging.
