Did Ogre ignore earlier trade requests; and what does Glen do now?

I have heard some chatter that this wasn't the first time Jimmy or his agent told Ogre he wouldn't resign or wanted to be traded. Anyone else hear this? If Ogre kept this info from Glen Taylor, I wonder if Glen has been talking to his legal advisors about whether he can fire Ogre for cause and not have to pay Ogre the rest of the contract. Also, if Ogre refuses to comply with Glen's request to trade Jimmy, I wonder if insubordination would provide additional grounds to withhold further payment. I wish I had a copy of the contract. I don't think Taylor wants to bring a lawsuit, but if he has some good legal grounds to withhold further payment, I would think he is trying to get a buyout with Ogre to put the issue to rest. I'm nearly 100% certain Glen has decided to move on from Ogre but knowing Glen he will explore every avenue to avoid having to pay the full contract.

One interesting wrinkle of the Jimmy Butler situation: He apparently told Tom Thibodeau multiple times that he wanted out. Wolves are now very limited in their trade options because it's so close to the season, but that part is seemingly the fault of Thibodeau rather than Butler.
Jimmy Butler kept telling Tom Thibodeau he wanted to be traded. Thibodeau kept refusing, and in fact continues to refuse even today. So now Glen Taylor, the owner of the team, is going to step in and trade Butler himself, for pennies on the dollar, because options are so limited.

Been saying this for months. Should have been traded at the draft. Thibs is an idiot.

Thibs days are numbered now that Glen is taking control of the Butler situation. The thing is, don't trade him just to trade him by taking on big contracts for role players. We need to get some value, otherwise it would be smarter to just make him play the season and let him walk.
1st round pick/s and young talent on reasonable contracts is what to look for.
