Karl Anthony Towns... aggressively boring.

Kevin Arnovitz has the recent profile piece on KAT: http://www.espn.com/espn/feature/story/_/id/18063065/minnesota-timberwolves-karl-anthony-towns-face-nba-big-man-revolution
And he was on the Zach Lowe podcast. Part of the extended discussion about Towns was around his ability to be "aggressively boring" in interviews. It's the polished vibe that q and I and others have noticed, too. Nothing earth-shattering (or necessarily bad) about this.
I just think that phrase works pretty well to explain what I was trying to convey. I still remember his first podcast interview from last season. It was like a 1-on-1 with Woj or somebody and I remember afterward thinking... that seemed pretty worthless.
Again. Not that important and pretty irrelevant overall. Just more of an observation than anything. I don't care if the guy spoke only in haikus that mentioned My Little Pony if it gets the Wolves to the playoffs.
