We were in danger of going behind with Dunn in there and our offense was in disarray. Enter Rubio and he sliced and diced up Dallas. 15 Assists, 5 steals, 5 Rebounds, 7 for 7 at the free throw line. And some Bozo here will say Ricky is the problem because he shot under .400.

Serious question, do you think Shabazz is holding Rubio back from reaching his full potential?

Ricky has been mostly horrible this season. He has worst net rating of players in regular rotation in whole team with -4.0. Btw. Shabazz has 2nd best net rating in whole team with +1.3. Bazz and Belly are only players in Thibs regular rotation that actually have positive net rating.

True. The very metric that Rubio typically shines in throughout his career does not reflect well upon him this year. How much of that is attributed to Thibs' decision to take the ball out of his hands more is a matter of debate, but it is what it is. He has not had the same impact this season as in the past.

Even when he's has a "career year" like last year his impact can be debated:). Just sayin!

Ricky had another spectacular game. If Thibs continues to show faith in Ricky, this team will start winning games.

Careful. If every time he has a good game you re-tee this thread up don't be surprised if someone here throws it in your face when he doesn't do so well or gets benched in the 4th!

Tonight was good. We saw how advanced he is at running the pick and roll, even when guys go under the screen.

LOL. I'm used to the Ricky bashing on here, which has gone to ridiculous levels. If bashers want to keep at it, while Ricky is playing like an Allstar, they'll just look foolish. Unapologetically, still a huge fan of Ricky's game.

I've bashed Ricky a lot this year but he did play great tonight. Unfortunately I think he needs 12+ assists to make up for his shooting. Not sure he can do that on average but all the power to him. Good win.
